I had a room with amazing views and the staff here were really friendly and helpful!

Newly decorated place with welcoming staff, everything was wonderful. The hotel location was marvellous and unbeatable close to everything. Moreover, it was so close to restaurants and West Virginia and shops.

Despite managment, the staff were apologetic.

The management and owner ( Rai Tailor) lack of ability to resolve our compliant regarding our room and services and the lack of empathy towards the situation. Management was very unprofessional and refused to compensated for our room. When I asked to have his supervisor's name or corporate information, he laughed and stated that the compliant is just going to come back to him and nothing will happen. We had dirty wash clothes and dirty pillow cases. We were unable to take a shower in our room because the drain was not working causing the tub to fill up with dirty water. We called the front desk regarding this. A young lady came to our room with a plunger and told us that we needed to plunge the drain. We had to ask for a separate room in order to shower (because this wasn't offered to us). I should have listen to the reviews that were previously posted. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was outstanding and tidy with soap provided and a hot breakfast; it was situated in a quiet and comfortable location that was close to everything.

Very affordable

The rooms were not very well insulated. We could hear too much of other guests movements and conversations.

Everything was nice, attentive stuff, absolutely perfect location really close to outlets for laptop and alarm clock, eateries and department stores and restaurants, shopping, and the highway. Our room had a comfortable bed and a great view. The continental breakfast had a wide array of options for all tastes.

The rooms here are spacious, updated, come with a hot breakfast, and the staff is attentive, offering various breakfast options.

We were happy with our room at this location. It was a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but was fine for our family. The location was easy to find and quiet.

The staff was not polite and acted as if we were inconveniencing them when we asked for extra pillows and blankets. I would not stay at this location again simply because of how unwelcome the staff made us feel.

Price and location were good. Convenient to football stadium because of the post-game traffic patterns.

Toiletries were the worst. Had to ask for shampoo because they don't make it available in the rooms, the soap crumbles in your hand during first use, so you are subsequently left using chunks of soap. The towels were paper-thin. A single one-cup coffee packet was in the room. The free breakfast was lacking, I would have appreciated yogurt and fruit. You get what you pay for, so next time I will pay more to stay somewhere else.

The breakfast here had a nice variety of fruits and delicious hot waffles, and the location was convenient and close to everything you need.

It a great place to stay. It was clean and the breakfast was good and the rates were reasonable.

The size or the room could have been bigger but it was very nice.
